In 1994 Westinghouse Distribution and Control Business Unit (DCBU) was acquired by Eaton, and integrated with Cutler-Hammer.  After the acquisition of Westinghouse, the Cutler Hammer line of circuit breakers was sold and Cutler Hammer started and continues to market molded case circuit breakers under the Westinghouse name.
